During this unique retreat, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Immerse yourself in an authentic ashram experience
• Rise early & shine - we will start each day with Guru Pooja at 5:30
•  Deepen your yoga practice by learning the full Yogasanas series
•  Improve and deepen your Sadhana through review and correction sessions
• Establish your own daily yoga discipline with the full support of experienced Isha Hatha Yoga teachers
• Engage yourself in daily Aum chanting, pranayam Nadi Shuddhi, and guided meditations
• Learn about eating right - join the Yogic Food session
• Indulge in delicious, vegan, and vegetarian food prepared by one of our teachers specializing in yogic cuisine - just like in the ashram: fresh, high-pranic, and full of flavor

Our retreat is organized by three Isha Hatha Yoga teachers trained under the guidance of Sadhguru in India.

Normal price: 13.400 CZK (2250 PLN/ 530 Euro)

This covers the yoga workshops and activities mentioned above, as well as delicious vegeterian & vegan food and accommodation.

• If you have already learned Yogasanas, you are welcome to join all the sessions to review and perfect the practice. 

• To prepare for the intensity of the retreat, practicing Surya Kriya is highly recommended! If you haven't practiced Surya Kriya before, please give us a call, and we will discuss your options with you individually.

• The sessions will be conducted mostly in English (*individual corrections and support offered also in Polish and Czech)

Here, at 645 meters above sea level, you'll discover a diverse ecosystem of meadows, forests, streams, and ponds, teeming with wildlife and vibrant flora. The charming Hobbit House, crafted from natural materials, offers a tranquil retreat amidst lavender-covered roofs and panoramic views.
