About the event
Workshop is only for those who are already practicing Yogasanas!
In this workshop, we will additionally learn 5 more Yogasanas (3 of them focused on spinal relaxation). Men will also learn 1 extra asana (Mayurasana).
Please note: this asana is not suitable for women of any age.
The workshop is divided into 2 sections:
