CLASSICAL HATHA YOGA

The Classical Hatha Yoga is an ancient science based on a deep understanding of a body mechanics. It is a fundamental tool for personal growth and complete inner wellbeing. When you practice Hatha Yoga, all three layers of the body, the physical, mental and energy body should participate in your asana/posture. 

 

The word ‘ha’ means sun, ‘ta’ means moon. Hatha yoga brings balance between the basic life energies within us. It prepares the body for a higher possibility, the real experience of yoga - union.

 

Practising Hatha yoga is a self-transformational process. It is like diving into the sea. You may start out of curiosity, but as you dive deeper, you realize that there is a world you could never even imagine. As a Hatha friend of mine once said: ‘I am not sure, what it exactly does to me, but it makes me to want to be a better person.’
