UPA YOGA

INVIGORATE YOUR SYSTEM

The word Upa Yoga essentially means “sub-yoga“ or “pre-yoga”. It is a simple yet powerful system of exercise based on a sophisticated understanding of body mechanics.

Within the human system, the energy flows along 72,000 energy paths called nadis. These nadis meet at joins forming energy nodules. One aspect of Upa Yoga is activating the lubricants and energy nodes in the joints, so everything in the system gets ignited for action.

It is a perfect set of practices for those who are new to yoga, are not physically fit or as a preparatory step for other yoga practices. It addresses physical, psychological and energy dimensions of a human system and enables one to live a more complete physical life.
